I’m in the process of making a mini wideband controller based on the CY8C24223A the pcb has lsu 4.9 on it but i have recently found out that i have a lsu 4.2 is the CY8C24223A formware capable of reading 4.2 and 4.9. there is no lcd on this device.
The LSU 4.2 is not supported.
Fantastic can you explain why. I cannot see any difference in the files pre hex. There are no instructions to show a difference other than R7 to be populated for LSU 4.9. I have seen other open source project that state LSU 4.2 and 4.9 supported. Using same hardware. So if you can explain why it’s not supported that would be helpful.

From memory, SLC Free 1 supported the LSU 4.9 and 4.2. You have to comment out LSU 4.9 and uncomment LSU 4.2 and compile for the LSU 4.2 sensor support. You also had to leave out a resistor for LSU 4.2.
