Spartan 2 constant 2.4V output

Hi there,

I have a spartan 2 that I have not found time to wire up for a while, now that I did it outputs a constant 2.4V signal.

Startup output is 1.66V then 3.33V for about 5s each, then it immediately jumps to 2.4V and stays there.

I have an AEM UEGO gauge that works fine with the probe, outputs just under 2V / 14AFR at idle.
Removing the probe is a pain on my bike so I have not done the air/butane test but since the probe works fine with the AEM gauge I am pretty sure its not the probe.

Is there any point in trying to troubleshoot this or am I better of just getting a new spartan3?

Turns out it was a bad ground.

I had used the OEM O2 heater ground as that seemed fine with the multimeter but does not work with the spartan.
I ran a separed ground to the battery and it is working fine.
