FYI, haven’t run on track with the unit yet, and it appears to work normally with a default setting of 0. FW Version 1.08, communication via CAN Bus. Grounds are good as required. Don’t appear to have any fuse issues.
So, the Unit apparently never sees, or otherwise ignores RPM from the MS3 controller unit (yes, I have setup the functions on the MS3 for dash broadcast, or whatever it is called).
I would really like to have the unit delay warmup, until after start (wish there was a setting to force a settable time delay). I ran for 15 minutes, and it never got past slow green blinking, but would occassionally not blink for a couple seconds and then start again. Setting it back ot zero, it is heated and working within 6-8 seconds, and keeps a constant green light while doing so.
Anyone else have a similar experience that they found a solution to?
I don’t just want to upgrade to 1.09, as I have found topics that show odd behavior in that FW version.
Note: I bought this in January of '24, and only just installed it this past weekend in '25.
