Just received spartan3. Connected power and ground(s) to fully charged 12v battery… No lights - should there be? Downloaded Termite complete, connect USB and windows gives notification, spartan flashes red light briefly, device pops up in Device Manager, I change com port / baud in termite accordingly and nothing.
Am I missing something or is the unit DOA
