High voltage output value on green line

Today received my spartan lite v2 that i bought to control my LSU 4.9 Bosch lambda sensor. Unit is used in my classic mini with a Delta 400 ECU and is hooked up to the original wiring loom. In the past, a narrow band Bosch sensor was connected.
This sensor had: 2x white (12V+, Ground), 1x black (signal) and 1x gray (ground) on the loom.

Sensor is new and connected correctly. On the green line I get 7.15V and there is no start up cycle. Did the test discribed on the page here but without any succes.

Hope anyone can give me some advice!

2x white cable is very wrong, my Spartan3 Lite V2 has Red for +12V, Black for electronics ground and white for heater ground.
What is the “green line” suppose to be?

Can you take a picture of the wires coming out of the wideband. There should be only 1 white wire and there should be no gray wire and the black wire the ground.

The wiring looks totally incorrect.
