Hello, My lite is stuck at 1.002 lambda. During startup, it does its initial startup voltage sanity checks where it goes lean and then rich. However, after that, it holds 1.002 no matter what the actual lambda is. What could be going on and what steps should i take regarding further testing?

Upon startup, I get 1.69 and 3.34v.
The Wideband sensor does get hot, the heater element can be seen glowing.
The ecu does not see any change in the wideband voltage. I get a consiatant 4.99V with the sensor wrapped in a dirty rag, you can hear and see the steam coming from the O2 sensor when I do this. This is the case with new and old sensors from bosch pn 17025. Please advise the next steps?
Did you make any changes using the UART/Serial?
How long have your had the unit?
Was it working prior?
No changes to uart/serial have been made since the unit was purchased new

It is still not working. I have confirmed the ECU is fine as i installed another controller from a friends vehicle and it reports correctly both with his sensor and with my sensors. What is the warranty policy for these units? I feel like i have isolated the issue to the wideband.
